DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I booked & paid the deposit with Paul on 09/04 for a pick up on 10/01. I called yesterday, 09/30, because I haven’t received a call or email confirming a pick up time. The person who answered, it wasn’t Paul, said the driver would call me end of day. I did not hear from the driver & I called back at 0930 this morning & there was still no update on the pick up time & was told I would get a phone call. I called back at 1130 & no update & Paul was still unavailable to speak with. He was “at the market” & was told he would call me back. It is now 1250 & they are no longer answering the phone. I leave the state tomorrow & have no idea how I’m getting my electric vehicle to my new residence. Answer your phones, return my calls & voicemails. I want my money back!!
