Absolutely the worst moving experience we have had with the military. We even have 2 overseas moves under our belt. Do NOT use this company. They have no regard for your furniture and will deny any claim of damage. We have before and after pictures from us and the moving companies that show clear damage and everything has been denied. They have zero organization or customer service. They get mad when you talk to the moving company directly who is able to give you clear information on where your stuff is within a move. No one in this company communicates with each other or their customers. Very disorganized and extremely unhappy with their service. As a military family we had no choice in the matter. I hope you do and choose not to use this company. We will now be dealing with the legal department to get a fair settlement for their lack of care for other people's stuff.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced with a move. It has been 23 days since my household goods where picked up and I still haven’t received them. They were supposed to arrive 19 days earlier then my current scheduled delivery date. Substandard service and customer care.
