I called and asked for a quote to move a small van load of about 40 packed boxes from a storage unit ACROSS THE STREET from this "business" to an address literally TWO MILES out. Was quoted $1600, read SIXTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. Rented a $20 Uhaul van instead, moved the boxes myself and was all set and done in an hour time. This is not a business worth even considering. Dont even call this place and "move on" from those scam artists as quickly as you can.

Couldn't ask for better service! They packed our house for a move across country. They punctually arrived for pick up and gently loaded our entire house. One day later, over a thousand miles away, they placed every item of our old home into the exact rooms we requested in our new home. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.

The movers were on time and did a great job right up to the end when it was time to pay. They tried to charge me a $112 "delivery" fee. I had been told upfront I only had to pay them by the hour. When I questioned the movers, they shrugged their shoulders and explained that pricing differs by the customer. Wow! I wasn't going for it, so I had them call their boss who told me I didn't have to pay the fuel delivery fee after all. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth as it was obvious they thought they could get over on me.

I hired GM moving company because of the great reviews on Google and a reasonable rate. We got off to a bad start when it was scheduled for 8:00 am and they didn't show until 9:30 am. They said the shrink wrap is to protect the furniture, yet they still scraped up the back of our leather couch (the top part that wasn't wrapped) along with our walls in a newly constructed home. Yes, we have big furniture and yes it was a tight fit but the second time bringing a couch of the same size in the same room it was unharmed since they wrapped the top and used a little more caution. The washer barely fit through the laundry room door so it was just rammed through scraping up door and machine. After taking the door off, the dryer went in a little better. One of them lifted a bed frame rail straight up into the ceiling and left a small gash. The other one had propped our front door on the porch and the wind knocked it backward into the house pretty hard. Tito and his partner did not at all seem as though they were experienced. It took over 9 hours to move an 1800 SF house 15 minutes away. They were tired, careless, and unprofessional. They argued with each other how to do things numerous times. We called the main number to see if damages were going to be covered and was told he would talk to his guys but never heard back. And after a long stressful day of damaged furniture, walls, and ceiling, it ended bitter with a bill over $900. We really regret our decision in hiring them. **Response back to the owner: I have removed the shrink wrap charge misunderstanding but everything else remains. When originally scheduled I was told 9am arrival. When I called to confirm the moving date I asked if we could do early morning and was told could do 8 am.

My move day started off with a phone call saying they were going to be late. I had serveral pieces of furniture that where broken in the move. One of the guys was like nah it was already like that. Um no it was not. I have yet to hear back from them on getting them fixed.
