I had an issue at this place. Felt the staff were anal about their pallets policy and quite unfriendly - they had an attitude. Manners cost nothing. Would have given 1 star if it wasn't for young Ben from the warehouse (forklift driver).

The staff were very rude, unhelpful in the office. Once you finished being abused by the office staff drivers are kept waiting for extremely long time with no explanation. Eu bad experience at this place and I truly hope it is the last ever time.

I completely agree with the comment "blue eyes syndrome"( from a colleague above) in this company,especially at the office, and especially a lady Gina who roll up her eyes only becouse I dared to "bothered" her to sign my paperwork after finish unloading(i was waiting in the front of her window about 8-10 minutes until i said "scuze me miss,can you sign my paperwork?) ... shame on you, you are an embarrass for whole UK ..."a smile and a hello is not a big deal if you say"... One star only becouse i can not give "zerooo"and leave a comment as well... Shame on you(just for those people who work in this company and behaves as such)
