A shipment from one of our customers unexpectedly shipped via British Airlines. We don't have a broker and needed one ASAP. Esther was incredibly responsive via telephone/email and helped get the package cleared in a timely fashion. If we're ever in need of a broker again, I'm definitely coming back to this company.

there's no rating low enough for this corrupt and useless brokerage firm. this is the type of shady brokerage firm that can literally ruin any small import/export business. in our many years of doing imports, we have never had any issue at the border, but our container filed by gogo customs was detained at the border and went through 2 types of exams before its release 4 days after its original scheduled date. Esther, the agent from gogo customs handling our case, could not be less helpful and didn't provide any useful information, instead, she gave us the contact info of the customs and told us to find out ourselves. so we did, and after about 8 phone calls i'm finally connected to the inspector himself and was able to get the container released, incurring over $1600 in extra charges. although it was released on a friday, gogo customs refused to give us a definite time of delivery, and did not arrange drop off until the following tuesday, forcing us to incur the $115 daily fine for the container rental for 4 extra days. on top of all this, she demanded we pay the paypal charges they have incurred receiving our payment and told us to abuse the friends and family policy in order to not pay more fees. And, to top this experience from hell off, esther refuses to give us the delivery driver's contact info even though we repeatedly told her we need an accurate delivery time to coordinate movers hire, and if it wasn't for the driver calling us because he didn't know what time we wanted our goods delivered we would have had no way to make proper arrangements for movers. we also found out from the friendly driver that they allow 2 hours of free off load time which is the industry norm while gogo customs told us we only have 1, and instead of the driver's $50 rate they charged us for $85 for additional hours. This experience was by far the worst professional experience i've had with any service provider and taught me to never use one of these blanket service custom brokers from china again, but instead, go with a professional broker who solely deals with custom related matters and do them well, and hire our own shipper and land transportation separately. thanks gogo customs and esther for showing me how low a company can go in doing their job poorly and screwing their customers over without a blink of an eye. i hope businesses like these will not survive long enough to screw over more hard working small business owners.
