Isaac, Jake and Ethan delivered our furniture on Jan. 19, 2024 and things could not have gone better! Not only were these guys very organized with making sure the appropriate boxes/furniture went to the correct rooms but they were also SO quick. Close to 7000lbs of items unloaded in just about 4 hours... wow! I also found them pleasant to talk to.. very good humored guys! Hang onto workers like these because they will take your company far! Thanks to you three again!

Did our recent PCS packing and loaded our crates. The first day things looked great— 3 man team and they moved pretty quick. Day 2 we had 8 people packing and moving. Our items weren’t cared for as they should be and we saw the result of that at our next duty station. Our crates were unloaded today and lots of things weren’t boxed which resulted in damages. A brand new console table is destroyed because they didn’t remove the shelves inside. They took apart half of my outdoor furniture and left half together. They improperly labeled almost everything. We had to cut into every box to figure out what was actually in it upon arrival. They also loaded my deep freezer into the crate sideways… waiting to see if it even works. AND THEN, they loaded a lawn mower into a crate with gas in it that leaked into the crate. The lawn mower was set aside for us to empty but they packed it anyways because they don’t communicate well with each other. Lastly, we’ve reported a younger packed that packed boxes with a backpack on him the entire time. Our movers and inspector at our new duty station confirmed that packers should be wearing backpacks because it’s a sign of stealing. We’ll see if anything is missing soon.

The team was very informative, they let me know when the truck was loaded and when they were enroute, then they called to verify the apartment number and where they could set up. After arrival they conducted a walk through to identify where certain items went and after they got right to work unloading the truck. Super through and even helped locate three items that were tagged and boxed up. They were very professional and very courteous. Hands down highly satisfied with Golden's services, i would highly recommend them to anyone.

A friend of mine referred me to this company after he had a good experience with them. After talking to them on the phone and a survey of my home, my wife and I decided to use them for moving our furniture into storage for a future move out of the state. The movers arrived 10 minutes before the arrival window (8:30-10:30). I had everything boxed, but they moved everything out of the house in 2.5 hours! I was very impressed...they did a lot of work, very quickly, and very careful and friendly about it. They were careful moving furniture through the doorways and didn’t damage the floor or any boxes. I offered to buy them lunch, but they were finished and gone before 11 o’clock! I would use Golden again!

The team that handled my delivery was top not notch. A very capable and accommodating crew that handled everything thing professionally. Even when their difficult to work with customer (my wife) constantly changed their minds on placement of boxes and furniture. They also put all of our big furniture back together probably. Highly recommend company in my book!
