Horrible company. Picked up products from our facility and their truck hemorrhaged oil all over our facility driveway. My employees noticed this immediately, even was captured on video, and when brought to the owners attention-complete denial, "our truck isn't leaking". Well no wonder, because it ran out of oil on our driveway! Arrogant individual refused to make any amends nor offer to come and spend a little time to rectify their mess when asked first politely. If this is indicative of how they operate, I would not trust them for any shipping nor courrier needs ever. Clearly a second rate operation with no values.

I wrote this on yelp, but I feel like this company deserves to be recognized on google too. I have had a great relationship with Golden Express. Here is what I wrote on yelp: My company uses Golden Express for all of our courier and freight needs throughout California. We have never had any problems. The courier services and freight services they provide are exceptional. I also love that I never have to go through an automated response system to reach them. They take the headache out of logistics!

Golden express was incredibly professional and just straight up amazing. I needed some stuff delivered from Palo Alto down to Southern California and they got it done right away and I didn't have to worry about anything at all. Again, they're incredibly professional and I definitely recommend this to my colleagues who need parts shipped to them from Northern California.

Golden Express meets my every need. I have been using them for about 3 years for both personal and professional deliveries. My favorite thing about using these guys is that I never have to speak to a robot (automated phones). Keep up the great work Golden Express!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I needed a prototype for a Mec Eng project I am working on safely transported from Palo Alto to my start up in LA. Golden Express brought the prototype to me. I worked on it and also sent it back to Palo Alto using their service. I had no idea that things could get shipped so fast between Norcal and Socal. I used their same day service for both shipments and will definitely be using them again in the future.
