I had a terrible experience with Gold Flame. I ordered food through Zomato, and when it arrived, it was completely unhygienic. To make things worse, I found a hair in my food, which was incredibly off-putting. When I contacted them to ask for a refund, they were unresponsive and didn’t provide any proper resolution. It’s shocking that a restaurant can treat customers this way. I expected much better service and cleanliness. I won’t be ordering from Gold Flame again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Liked the shawarma very much. The flavor is very good. Quantity of chicken is very less. Over crowded and the person's attitude in the billing counter feels like he is serving free shawarmas.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, they have a few different types of shawarmas and there's no difference in taste between them. They all taste like normal shawarma with Mayo but you do get the Smokey flavor of the charcoal other than that nothing special. And it is absolutely not worth the price they're charging, the size is very small , the filling is very less and no unique taste. Even the service is not that good. Would say not to follow the hype of these fake food vloggers on insta. There are better places for great shawarma.

Okay shawarma place. We actually ended up going to another Shawarma joint after trying here as we were dissatisfied! The good things are they do Rumali Roti shawarmas & also there's the charcoal smoky flavor which few like. Other than that it was ok. Not great or not bad.
