You have to trim your own trees and they waite for people to die so they can take there homes and resale them on some bunk bull excuses..to sale a trailer that an occpent lived and passed away ..I feel like they pray on old people and the park is a scam to take away what old seniors have to left not considering the scavenge through trailers before a family member has a chance to take there beloved belongings if you agree post a similar statement

Bought a mobile here about a year and a half ago. Since then I have met many residents and all are courteous and friendly. Management helps with any issues and they also refer qualified service companies that won't rob seniors blind. The pool is clean and the park property is maintained. I feel privileged to be living here and feel safe.

All good good old Gold Star Mobile home Park that's where I live last 7 years I can't really say a whole lot about it I live here if you if you're wanting someplace to live I probably check on other ones but since I don't want to get thrown out of here that's about all I can say, One other thing that's a view you get if you go down by the creek that runs alongside it but that's about the only good thing about this place really people leave me alone that's that's a good thing

Very tight-knit community, rent is cheap compared to other parks, management is top notch, and low crime. I highly recommend!

This is an older park where the rent is affordable and the people are friendly. The coaches are a little older than some of the other parks in Visalia but with rent being so much higher in those places many seniors choose to call this home. Management does a good job keeping things up but it is unfortunate the roads need to be taken out and replaced. They are old and putting a top cover on them isn't enough to repair them. Just a band aid.
