This was my first auto shipment, so I researched a lot and came to learn about Goliath. I worked with Natalie for my shipment from WA to NY. There was a delay in communication at one point (it happens sometimes when they're busy, I understand) but once she got back to me it was smooth sailing from there. The company that transported my car, Prime Track Inc., was also good with communicating the details of the shipment and was accommodating when I could not make it to pickup at certain hours of the day. There was no bait-and-switch tactics that most people warn against; I paid my deposit at the time of signing my contract with Goliath, and paid the price I was told to pay when the driver came for drop-off. All in all, a reliable company to work with.

Goliath Auto transport, is the way to go. Working with Brittany was easy, stress free and reassuring for the transportation of our sons car from Pennsylvania to Texas. We did so much research and were stressed out with the process of trying to find someone who we could feel comfortable with and could not find anyone. Once we stumbled upon Goliath Auto Transportation, we found all we needed. The reviews sold us. From the start of working with Brittany to the end was great and our car was delivered early. Good communication, on time, did not lose my car. Tried a different transport company before Goliath, and this was like a night and day difference. I shipped my car across the United States, and it was only a couple hundred dollars difference between the Goliath and the cheapest company. The quality communication and customer service is worth the difference in price. All questions I had were answered the same day or next day. The driver they connected us with was communicative and on time. They allowed us to ship some of our stuff in the trunk and below the window line. I do not think there is anything else that you could possibly ask for. Hopefully I do not need to do this again, but if I do, I will for sure be a returning customer.
