Absolutely the worst movers ever. Packed and moved us in to storage in May of 2023 and then moved us out on the 14 of September. The damage is beyond repair and they want to give me $300. Most of my items were new. There are nicks and dents everywhere. My brand new white couch has a hole in the arm. Pictures cannot describe the utter destruction we have endured and now I have to hopefully find someone to repair these 5 pieces of furniture. Surely I shouldn't have to recover my brand new couch because of the negligence. I will be reaching out to my attorney regarding this matter. STAY AWAY from BAD GREEK moving and storage. Would never recommend them.

As a Fl resident of 37 yrs, I have had many moves all over and I have used Good Greek for our last 3 moves. They are absolutely the BEST! Their entire team has a level of excellence I’ve never experienced with any other moving company. Derek G. handled every aspect of the move with sincere honesty and thoughtfulness. He gives you a sense of trust that you just don’t get with other moving companies. NO hidden fees, NO surprise charges at the end! I would also like to mention that the moving crew was extremely careful with our belongings and each of them worked so hard yet had a cheerful and pleasant attitude the whole day through. So IMPRESSIVE and highly appreciated. These guys gave a whole new meaning to “ Whistle While You Work” . This company knows how to build a team of integrity.

I have thought long and hard about what I wanted to say in my review of Good Greek Moving. The most prevalent feeling I have after using them to move my family from South Florida to the Upstate of South Carolina is just disappointment. Overwhelming disappointment. If I could go back, I would choose another moving company. Good Greek is supposed to be the best, and they were not. Three things I will outline as a positive in this whole experience: when it came time to packing, they showed up on the correct date and on time. Their customer service department was easy to work with, as I moved my pack date 3 times and all without issue. And finally, Phil, the gentleman who came to my house to give us a quote was wonderful and very nice. Now, the number one thing that makes me disappointed is that I was promised direct service and that no one else’s things would be on the truck with my belongings. Both of those things did not happen. We were told: pack Thursday, drive up Friday and deliver Saturday. The driver bypassed us in SC to drop off another persons belongings in TN and then delivered our belongings on Sunday. Easter Sunday. My husband had to leave halfway through service to meet the driver. Everything else I will outline I believe is my personal disappointment and may not affect someone else the same way. Several boxes were not packed with care. I understand that the employees are getting paid to pack up a whole house in a day, but these are peoples personal belongings. My wedding dress and bouquet were tossed in boxes, smushed under things without a care in the world. Wardrobe boxes did not have the bar to hang clothes and so everything I pull out from there is wrinkled and creased. My baby’s crib is so scratched, there’s no hope of trying to cover it up with anything. It’s ruined. Several boxes are filled so much they’re spilling out, or not closed at all and run the risk of something going missing. I’m sure I will move again in my lifetime, and I am glad I moved somewhere where I couldn’t use Good Greek even if I wanted to. Another company will be getting my business.
