The Good Life Moving Crew was extremely timely, professional and logistically strategic from the jump. As you can see from the picture, they did an amazing job.We hired them as Packers & Movers. They called prior to arrival to provide an accurate ETA, which is greatly appreciated. In addition, once the paperwork was signed, the Good Life Crew was what I would describe as collaborative and meticulous and proceeded to formulate a gameplan with myself, the client. They then went through each room with great attention to detail and completely packed our brownstone apartment in Harlem swiftly. The Packers did such a great job that I requested that they be hired again to move all of our boxes and furniture to our moving truck. The truck arrived and we had a 4 hour window to get everything on the truck.The movers packed our boxes so quickly, diligently and efficiently that the driver made sure to comment that he had never before seen such a proficient moving company and that he himself would recommend them for work as well. I highly, highly recommend that you hire Good Life Moving Service for your next move. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be impressed.

We had a very good experience with our movers today. They were pleasant and professional and very patient. I would definitely recommend their services.

They're cheap, but you get what you pay for. I originally scheduled my 100 mile out-of state move for Monday. The week before my move, someone from the team asked me to change my move date to the previous day, which I agreed to. Then, two days before my new move date, I was contacted again to change to the previous day. I agreed, and I was assured the team would arrive as early as possible Saturday morning. The day of the move, I waited an hour for the movers to show up at the pickup location. After the first half hour, I called the person I'd been in contact with and he didn't answer the phone. I then received a call from the team that they'd be another 20 minutes because they realized they were unprepared for my move and had to turn back, though I'd confirmed my inventory and supply needs weeks in advance. Even though I paid for a 3-person team (to expedite the process), only 2 movers showed up and took their sweet time (6 hours to move a 1-bedroom apartment 100 miles). Fortunately, they only broke one glass and a $200 mirror for which no one was willing to take accountability (allegedly, the wind did it). Nice enough people, just lacking in professionalism.

REGARDING "GOOD LIFE MOVERS, BLOOMFIELD NJ" AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU AND THEY HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE. THEIR PRICE QUOTE WAS ACCURATE AND THE MOVERS WERE RESPECTFUL, CLEAN, THEY TAKE CARE AND CONSIDERATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS ITEMS. I BELIEVE I MAY BE MOVING AGAIN AND THEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONES I WILL CALL. JACOB AND JOSH, THANK YOU.

BED BUGS!!!! ZERO stars. It is VERY interesting to me how my review and pictures keep getting deleted from the google reviews. Rest assured, I have reposted them. There should be 7. This company gave me bed bugs. And they have yet to rectify the situation. It has been two years. I have not forgotten. And you should BEWARE. I moved out of NYC and the movers assigned to me decided (unbeknownst to me, of course) to take it upon themselves to make some money on the side by agreeing to take my neighbor’s mattress to the dump. (The DUMP... Who does this company hire??) The movers were late to start. And then they took a very LONG time (4 hours) to get my tiny studio of stuff loaded onto the truck. And then they slid the neighbor’s INFESTED mattress and box spring on top of EVERYTHING I own and drove 4.5 hours (two hours longer than it took me by the way, in the middle of the day, on a Wednesday, when we left at the same time) to where I was meeting them in NJ. PLENTY of time for the bedbugs to make a new home. And they did. I am out thousands of dollars and hours processing the items I could wash or put in gross plastic garbage bags and poison to kill the bugs and they have yet to handle this situation. But, conveniently, they do keep trying to figure out how to remove my reviews. (They also scratched my bookshelves and tore my couch to SHREDS. And did not wrap my mattress either. But let’s focus on the real issue: BED BUGS!!) Live dangerously if you like. You might get that same truck... itchy yet?
