I’ve called almost every day for the last week, and not one person has called me back in regards to my move! This place took a deposit from me, and has refused to cancel my order! This place is a scam! I was originally working with Phil Kay, the phone number and email he has proved me to reach him are not accurate. Every time I get someone on the phone, I keep being told they’re going to transfer me to the dispatcher and not one person has called me back! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Alex, Bobby, and Jesus Martinez were INCREDIBLE!! They were right on time, worked efficiently, took great care of our items, and were super kind and easy to work with. We all appreciated their positive attitude throughout this long process. We’ve moved many times and used different services, but this was by far the best! 100% recommend!!

This was my first time using Good Neighbors Moving since my cousin used them recently and had a good experience so I decided to try them when it was time for me to move. I had a smooth process getting a quote and booking the actual move. Maurice was helpful via email and over the phone to answer all my questions in a timely manner. For the actual move, I had 3 gentleman who helped, Danny S., Misael M., & Lester D. Danny called me when they were 45 min away and called me when he was at my apartment so I could show him where to park and what I thought was the most efficient route to use to move my things to the truck. All the men were careful with my belongings and were super quick and fast! When we got to my new apartment, I just told them where all the boxes belonged and furniture, it was a breeze. They also de-assembled my bed and re-assembled it for me as well. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend these 3 men!! 10/10 experience overall!
