Where do I begin with the reasons why you should find a different company? First, they gave a quote then after they arrived, changed thevquote to nearly five times the original amount! They then settled on a lesser amount, however, they took the $175.00 deposit and failed to apply it to the negotiated total. After paying the balance in cash, they then cleaned out my bank account with an unauthorized and illegal card purchase, which I discovered later that day. I am still waiting for my funds to be returned. "Jasper" claims he is discussing with his supervisor, but has not given me any names or personnel of supervisors ar claims people. If that wasn't bad enough, the damage, broke wood off, my antique dresser and never told me. Other items were scuffed and marred because they never protected any items. They also damaged items that were not even mine, but where they moved my furniture to. Again, no place or one to talk to regarding a claim. They state one thing and do the opposite. The list goes on. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

We highly recommend your services to everyone. Absolutely great team! We needed help to move with 25 years' worth of household stuff and memories and were blessed with good times moving company. We had initially estimated 5hrs hours to load everything and were ready to be charged overtime because of complicity and amount of stuff. The moving team did it in 4 hours! We were so relieved that we got to save some money! We were very impressed by the professionalism and the care taken by all the movers with our belongings. They continuously communicated and asked if we needed help with anything else. They definitely took out the stress and constant worry when moving. You made our move as flawless as possible and my family and I appreciate you. Thank you so much for such wonderful work, Nyasha and team.

I was pleased with the service provided by Good time moving. Everything was explained upfront no hidden costs. The team arrived on time asked questions, started wrapping our furniture and moving. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely use them again.

These movers are untrained and unconcerned with your belongings. We had thousands of dollars worth of furniture scratched and dinged due to how carelessly it was loaded into the truck. When I attempted to address this with the company, I got complete radio silence. I was respectful in my communication, sent emails with pictures clearly showing the damage, and when I heard nothing back I started calling weekly. Each time I spoke to the scheduler who told me a manager would get back to me and it never happened. Eventually, I tried calling to discover that they blocked my number. None of the addresses listed for them belong to them. It is very scammy. This company has no ethics and don't care one bit about their customers. This is a leadership/management issue as much as it is a worker issue. Are they cheaper than other companies? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely not. Avoid them at all cost if you care about your stuff and if you do roll the dice and use them, don't expect them to resolve any problems. Once they have your money, they're gone.

The company is a joke! They don’t background check any of their “employees” that come from Craigslist, no drug tests. They do not have a claims. It’s literally 2 people, the owner and another person running the show. Every 5 star review you see are not people who have been moved, it’s people the owner ask to leave these amazing reviews because he can’t get good reviews from the people the company have moved. I don’t care if people still decide to hire this scam of a company, but don’t get upset when the REAL REVIEWS warned you.
