I overheard the staff member talking about how much to charge for a service/repair they did. One staff member was saying the total comes to this *lower amount* but the older gentleman says don’t charge them this *lower amount* the trucking company has authorized this *higher amount* which was $500 more. So basically $500 extra just because they can. Can the employees be atleast quiet about their fraud? So when the staff member ask you can that the repair is going to be this much but might be more can we authorize this higher amount just in case? Don’t do it!

My company rents space behind the shop and it was great!!! The view of Mt. Rainier was awesome and I had a great time for a couple of days to visit in Seattle. I’ll definitely be coming back for a break!

Not recommended ! I send my driver to the dealer ship, with air dryer issued. I told what I did before with this truck for another truck repair shop, the guys did same thing. Charged actually for nothing. $900.00 Truck has check engine light on, connect diagnostic computer without my approval and charged me $300.00 Just for diagnostic. Shop Manager - Not professional working. 1 OF 5 ! Mechanics without experience, just peaking a lot… Scammers!

In response to the Response from the owner: sorry, but it's a lame response. You have all my details, I went through the process of setting up an account so you have all my details including my phone number. If you cared, you'd call me. I get that you're busy, in which case just hang a sign on the door saying "full - no appointments" instead of wasting everyone's time. ===== Take a look at all the 1 star reviews, including the recency of them all, and make a decision to not take your rig here. After putzing about with the service check in people for over an hour they went to the Manager who gave the poor check in clerk the "we're not taking it in because it's too old" line. I drive a converted Thomas schoolbus that was bought locally from NWBus, it's in great condition but I needed someone to CHECK the brakes were releasing ok. I was never going to be a big ticket repair bill and it seems that's what they wanted. But take a look at all the other 1 star reviews...it seems to be real hit and miss here so, like I said, avoid at all costs and Freightliner Mgt, I hope you read all these 1 stars.

Can never get in to get simple stuff done on my truck. They wanna me to leave my truck for 3 days for a simple ac charge and vacuum done. I replaced the condenser myself but dont have a way to pull a vacuum. Takes less then a hour to do. A good flat rate tech could have done it for me. TOTALLY USELESS THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS
