Movers were punctual, careful and fast uploading and unloading the truck. You can tell they have plenty of experience. The owner of Gorilla movers showed up at our house and even help the guys. This is truly a small business committed to serve the community and provide a great customer service. 100% recommended. Ask for Cesar when you call them. He helped us to coordinate details and pricing and he was excellent explaining the logistics and next steps.

My move on March 11th with this company was the worst moving experience I ever had. I’ve moved 6 times in the past 10 years and based on my experience with Gorilla Movers, I would highly discourage using this moving company! My experience with them involved major home and property damages, over billing based on my records(they will not provide their invoice of charges to justify/clarify the final charge), inexperienced and slow movers on my moving crew, breaching the contract I signed by dismissing a crew workers (went from 4 an hour to 3 an hour), during the move without notifying me and finally, no accountability or concern for their errors/damages to my home and property. I have attached just a few pictures of the damages they caused to my house and furniture for you to see for yourself what they did to my property. The owner promised to fix it all and “make things right” upon inspecting the damages in person, after the move, but he has done absolutely nothing at all, despite numerous calls and follow ups on my end. I guess I’m stuck fixing all the damages his company caused to my property? That’s not right! - maybe he has no company insurance or maybe he just doesn’t care? I don’t know! So to sum it up, my move with Gorilla movers was in my opinion, unprofessional, unethical and highly upsetting! Based on my experience, I recommend finding another company for your moving needs. I wish I had! NEW: I saw this company’s response (over 3 months after my upsetting move) to my review and I must address. For the record, I have notified this company about the damages numerous times. I’ve had face to face meetings, I’ve sent many detailed emails. I’ve texted back and forth with this company repeatedly. I’ve sent the companies these exact pictures prior to writing my review and much more to find a resolution! Simply put, nothing was ever done or offered to do to repair the serious home and piano damages they caused. I would assume they are not insured but I don’t know for sure. I wish it was a great move but it was very much NOT a great move.
