I parked my car in my apartment complex at 1 am in the only free place (the cars on the sides parked badly, in fact it is a place where it is always parked badly because of the design of the parking lot) and they took my car at 2 am. THEY ARE THIEVES. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM I hope that justice will fall soon. I was stolen $340 dollars for parking in my house.

last week my brother got his car towed for parking on a store’s property while attending college, which id understanding. but when they arrived to get the car, the owners were beyond rude. they were yelling when him and his friend were being respectful and threatening 17 year olds with jail for standing up for themselves. this towing company is very unprofessional, very rude to their customers and extremely overpriced, $380+ is outrageous.

I had an extremely negative experience with this company. They attempted to tow my father's vehicle, which has a handicapped license plate, for being parked in a handicapped spot. With a handicapped license plate, there is no requirement for a hanging tag as well. When I approached the tow truck operators and informed them that the car had a valid handicapped plate, they claimed, "The handicap tag was not properly displayed." I pointed out that what they were doing was illegal and that the plate was clearly visible on the back of the car. Despite my insistence that they put the vehicle down, they initially refused. I began taking photos and recording the incident. One of the operators, who had a New York accent, asked if I was handicapped, to which I responded, "You can't ask me that; what you're doing is illegal." Only then did he walk around, see the plate, and instruct the other operator to put the vehicle down. They also told me to stop recording. In summary, this company appears to engage in unethical practices, preying on those they believe are vulnerable. I regret not allowing them to tow the car illegally so they could face legal consequences.

Sadly you have to give one star even to leave a review. I don't know what's worse, naming your company Gotcha Towing, or the fact that the local police characterize you as a predatory towing business. We are not from Greensboro and my wife made the bad assumption that she might be able to park her car at a law office when they are closed. So yes she was towed, but not by the company the law office usually has to monitor their lot, but instead by the Gotcha guys. She had to ask the police who might have towed her than that perhaps more deceivingly happily named Bobby's Friendly Towing Service , and they informed her it was likely got you because they are known to tow somebody before they even get their key fob out to lock their car. His words, not my hyperbole. $340 later we have our car back. They wanted us to sign before we even got to inspect the car to make sure they hadn't screwed it up in their Zeal to haul it off and collect our cash. What a blood sucking way to make money.

I had parked really quick to go get food for my sister and the tow didn’t hesitate to come and pick my car up, which is crazy because they charged me $300!! Like what the heck you guys traveled accross the state to pick my car up or something ? Holy crap it’s stupid, they didn’t have nothing else better to do then to tow a car that was not parked at a sign that said “do not park”
