Honestly nothing. I had a great experience. Unfortunately I originally rented a trailer, but due to some mechanical issues with my truck I wasn’t able to use it. But the manager Ricky wasn’t going down without a fight. He even went as far to go under my hood and test out somethings to try and see if he could fix the issue, I was super appreciative. And his teammates were amazing as well assisting me before the manager got there. Roland attempted to hook me up to other trailers to troubleshoot the issue and was super professional. There was another gentleman there helping me but I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he also provided great customer service. All the way to the end of my rental when returning, I had an exceptional experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me out during my visit.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We actually had a good time speaking with the person who checked us out and with the people who helped us with the dolly, getting the truck and then when we returned it. We rented a big truck about three weeks before this rental and had a great experience too. Even though there are a couple of locations closer to our house, we chose to come back to this location and we are glad we did.

Everything was easy quick and Hassel free! I wish I could remember the girls name that helped us and she rented our storage unit to us she was very professional and knowledgeable and handled everything with efficiency. After a long move that was very stressful for me and my family it was nice that the end process was so easy. Everyone at this location from the guys outside to the general manager was very helpful thank you

The woman who answered the phone when I first called was the NICEST and most polite customer service person I have experienced in a very long time. I am a branch manager of an office and talk with people on the phone all day long - she is EXCEPTIONAL !! Pay her more or tell her to come and work for me :) Also, Ron at the counter was awesome and remembered us when we came back - and Reggie (he was new) also did a great job checking us in when we returned. I am so impressed by this location of U-Haul. I won't go anywhere else in the future.
