We will 100% be using them for every single move going forward. Professional, kind, and reasonable! Update- Ronnie and his crew were so helpful and his diligence might have prevented a serious situation from occurring. When they unloaded our dryers from the truck, Ronnie noticed that the dryer vent in the wall had an unsafe amount of lint build up. Instead of just setting down the dryer and leaving, he refused to connect it and encouraged us to let our landlord know about the potential fire hazard. Well, we took his advice and long story short, there was years of lint build up in the walls as a result of a poorly installed dryer vent duct and there was potential for a fire at any moment. None of the contractors would even hook up the vent and connect the dryer until the problem was cleaned, out of fear. It was a serious issue that we would’ve never noticed without Ronnie and his crew. Again, he could’ve ignored it and i’m so glad this company takes seriously the checkpoints in place to ensure safety. Even my landlord is extremely thankful. We so appreciate the attention and Quality that Gouffon movers provide to ensure a safe and stress free move. There was absolutely nothing negative about this process. 5/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
