Horrible customer service. Several items scratched and dammaged. Daughters dresser was dropped off the back of the truck. Fell 6 ft totally destroyed. Contacted the company and email i recieved was they only cover 60.cents a pound. No consideration for what item is worth. They have offered me $108 t9 replace a brand new dresser. Now they ignore my emails. Do not do business with thi5a company. Shady unethical

Everything went so smoothly! The men were very prompt and professional. They called to give me a heads up as far as the ETA. They were very careful with my baby grand. I would highly recommend this company if you need piano moving and storage. Very experienced ! Couldn't be happier.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than these guys! I've had bad experiences in the past but this company moved my baby grand piano multiple times including up and down scary staircases. Super impressive. Very thankful for their expertise & skill.

Highly recommended! We had a great experience with grand moving and storage. Scott and Mike were our movers and they did an awesome job. They showed up on time (actually early) were kind and helpful, treated our stuff with care, and worked their butts off tirelessly. They moved a large studio upright piano and everything in our home. With stairs. Everything went amazingly smoothly from start to finish. Scheduling and billing was also fantastically transparent. Had they completed the move in the estimated time, the bill would have been exactly what the estimate said with no extra "gotcha" charges. The move went a little bit over (our fault, not theirs, we greatly underestimated the amount of stuff we had) and the additional hour was charged at a prorated amount based on the exact number of minutes. That's another nice contrast with other movers we've worked with where they would charge an extra full hour if the move even went one minute into the next hour. Nothing like that here. Thanks for the awesome service, guys!

Absolutely no problems at all with my Grand Piano move by Grand Moving! They were responsive, prompt and very friendly. It's stressful watching them move my Grand, but they did it with the utmost care. Thank you very much! Your movers were fantastic!
