The staff is friendly and I feel the forklift bumping around in back soon as I got docked, nothing to complain about here for an unload. Only two trucks here so the backing was easy. If you had to dock next to another truck it could be a special slice of hell but I'd just ask them to unhook to get more room. Parking on the street however is full up with trashy campers and trucks doing 10s.

This place is a joke they don't pull orders the night before ,they take their sweet slow boat to o China time to load you 5 he's later if you lucky yours loaded finally if you lucky I arrived an hr before my appointment time thinking that would be good, wrong it didn't matter not one bit. I told the broker never again would I go near this hell hole of a so called warehouse the loaders get paid until all trucks are loaded so yes they milk it so they can get the OT pay is what was discribed to me if I could give it a negative star rating I would. Don't go to this place plain an simple refuse to load their

The alley these docks are on is only about 105' wide from dock door to opposite wall, giving you only 30' or so to maneuver in if you are trying to dock a truck with a sleeper cab pulling a 53' trailer (about 75' total vehicle length). Luckily the docks are fairly spread out, so it's doable—but kind of a pain; and it can take a lot of back-and-forth—being careful not to bump the wall ahead of you, the truck next to you, or the flimsy dock door frames—to get in the door. Good luck. On the upside, you can call to check in. No need to get out of your truck except to open the doors and throw a couple load locks or straps in the back, if you already have the check-in phone number.

The lead person is very angry,ugly and disrespectful to drivers. Now Maria and April are helpful and professional. They aren't unloading me yet because the lead persons mad cause I told him what I thought. Playing games is for children not grown up babys. Your lead person needs retraining!!! And can't get freight unloaded at a reasonable time because of there attitude!
