One of the worker broke my ceiling pendant light …if it’s just the lightbulb, sure, I can get a new lightbulb not a big deal. But it’s the glass that was broken, so I have to buy a new pendant light AND call the technician to install (they have to break wall a little bit and then patch/paint it back once they are done). So I call the owner and reported this issue, he said “ok what’s the total coming out to be? K then take out $30.” I go: “…$30 ? It’s a lot more than $30 (it’s 7x!) and on top of that, I will be charged for labor/installation” He go: “sigh it’s inevitable during moving process I mean, show some understanding” It’s the attitude that triggered me. IT IS THE ATTITUDE. Yea people DO make mistake, but at least show some attitude that owns up this mistake! Can’t do business with someone without integrity and the responsible vibe.

Today I just finished my moving with Fortune Moving. I have my best experience in moving as a frequent mover almost every 2 years. Fortune Moving provide professional full service including move of my Grand Piano! I contacted a few other moving companies, but they can't move Grand Piano. Fortune moving moved my piano successfully from 2nd floor with a narrow and hard turn corner without any damage!!! Also the owner of the company is so nice, since I worried my piano so much, he came help moving of my piano and delivery it to new destination without extra charge. They are also very coordinated with my change of moving date. Their service is professional, flexible and complete full service. Highly recommend them especially if you have piano and don't have to hire separate piano mover!

They arrived on time and were efficient and got everything done quickly. In addition, they were careful in moving the furniture and their attitude was nice, so the whole moving process was completely reassuring. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Very unprofessional and shady bussiness. Stay away! We booked and confirmed with them 3 days ahead of time. They CANCELED on us three hours before our scheduled move! This is totally unacceptable.
