Rented two units from Great Lakes Storage for several years. Both units had water issues. B28 had major water leaks during time rented and B30 had minor. Kate the manager did resolve the complaint however was always rude when calling regarding water leaking from roof despite showing her several times the inside of the unit. The facility was secure and easy to get in and out of. I have been sent 4 emails to leave a follow up review and this is my honest opinion.

Great communication and the best prices in the Bay/Saginaw Area. I used their storage for over a year and it was the best experience I’ve had with a storage unit company! My things sat there for over a year nothing was wet or damaged by rodents! Highly highly recommend! I will definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit!

Recommended 100% - easy to work with to get a unit. Everything done by email and easy to setup payment each month. No worries since everything it automatic! Very clean units and very safe area. Will use them again when I need a storage unit.
