I am adjusting my 1 start to a 5 star as I have gone from very disappointed to satisfied! My car was damaged in transport--I was dealing with insurance directly who denied my claim. Once AmPm discovered this they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They are dealing directly with the insurance and in the meantime have paid me the amount it will cost to fix my car. (Thank you!!!) I feel more than happy leaving a five star review, because honestly I had given up and thought I would be left to pay the damage out of pocket! I would definitely recommend AmPm for your auto shipment. (Also advise going to them directly if any issues should arise...)

I had to transport my car from Texas to California, they delivered my car in less than 4days!(Thank you). They have a great customer service, especially Geo!!! He was the best! He answered all my questions even on the weekends and after hours. I highly recommend AMPM. Thank guys!

I had to ship my car from Oakland, so I started to find out the details of some auto transport companies. Honestly, there were many companies on my list and I didn’t know who I should give a call or which one of those would be reliable. So, I started to read some reviews from all the companies which I found. Checked yelp, google and BBB. AmPm had the best and more positive reviews rather than the others. After checking AmPm website, I understood that I could set my quote online so I just did that and sent my quote to AmPm on Dec 1st. In just an hour, I got a return call from Laura. She was a really nice lady and I was enjoying talking to her on the line. She gave me the quote and explained that for the next 2 days they would have an available truck and could schedule the pickup for Dec 3rd. I was also looking to have urgent pick up as I have to leave the city on Dec 4th. Well, my order was booked with Laura and she sent me the contract which I had to sign and send back to her. I signed the contract and sent it to her and within the hour she called me back and told me that they have available spot for Dec 2nd and she was asking me if it was available to pick up earlier. I couldn’t imagine how quick the order could be ready for pick up. Overall, I had an awesome car shipping experience with AmPm Auto Transport since they could prepare my pick up so quickly. Everything went smoothly and I got my car timely in Carson City without an issue. Thank you guys you did the best for me!

It was an extreme relief to find an honest auto transport company to work with. My contact was Scott. He was very accurate with his time estimates. He walked me through everything that was taking place. My driver picked up my Land Cruiser early and delivered on time. I got military discount as a military member which was very very nice. No issues at all!

Naomi and the whole customer service team needs a lesson in customer service. First call, she answered, I said I needed a quote, and without saying anything, I was put on hold (or transferred, no clue - just heard a click, and elevator music started playing). Was on hold for almost 10 min before someone else answered to assist me with my quote. I asked if I could add another vehicle and what the price would be, immediately put on hold, again - for another 10 min before the call was disconnected. I called back - and the phone rang, was answered (with zero greeting), and without a word immediately put back on hold. I spent over 40 min on hold, with zero customer service, and without getting a quote, because this company would rather stick people on hold and ignore them. I was hopeful - the company HAD a lot of good reviews, but when I checked further, most of them were from 2-5yrs ago … so clearly in the last two years, their customer service has suffered tremendously and it shows.
