DO NOT HIRE!!!! SCAM!!! You see how low their reviews are everywhere - LISTEN! My biggest issue was the length of delivery. It took them 30 Business Days from pick up to deliver my items. Not to mention, they delivered on a Sunday so business days shouldn't even be relevant. It obviously doesn't dictate their business. I had to call them multiple times for delivery status and for a claims form. I spoke to a rude "Customer Service" agent named Maya on the day of delivery. Staff was not helpful and often would advise me to "take it up with the driver" which makes no sense since the drivers are contracted and do not work directly for Green Movers. Still contemplating on filing a civil suit based on my experience and the different areas of the contract not followed. Will see how it goes after my claim is completed. Just go with Pods or those with better reviews. I could go on and on about the problems I experienced with this company.

If i could rate as zero i will certainly do that. This company screwed me over the summer and not only lost some of my goods, there was several delays in their delivery. Their customer service is non existent and horrible. They are very unprofessional. I was told when i sign up that everything was paid in full only for the delivery guys to arrive and tell me they had to charge long haul and various hidden fees which was never discussed. Please do yourself a favor and dont even think about hiring this company. They are fraud, very decietful and unprofessional. Look else. Up till today i have not received a refund for the lost goods which was worth over 750 dollars. STAY AWAY FROM GREENMOVERS OF AMERICA AND ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATE COMPANYS
