Don’t say I didn’t warn you! I was one of the drivers who looked at the reviews and ignored them, but I’d advise against doing so, especially knowing how this market is. We as drivers have to stick together and help each other out when it comes to companies like this. I never make it a point to write a review negatively speaking about anyone, let alone their business. I am hardworking and get loads dropped off on time, yet this company has stolen money from me. I don't want any other hard-working drivers who risk their lives on the road and are away from family for weeks at a time to go through what this company has put me through. Neither management nor dispatch knows how to communicate, and there's no help over the weekends or after hours if you need assistance. Management is full of rude, nasty individuals. My goal isn’t to bash people online but the entire company needs adjustments. They have no empathy for the people they are hiring, which I think is extremely important when we drivers are risking our lives every day handling their loads. I gave them proper notice of resignation and advised them I had no problem taking a load over the weekend back to Illinois to return their truck. However, I got extremely sick, and the medicine I was on prohibited driving, which I explained clearly. Instead of allowing me to drop the truck off after feeling better, they stated they would have a driver pick up the truck, which at the time wasn’t a problem for me considering how I was feeling. However, to see my check from the current and previous week held from me is frustrating, especially because they stated I’d receive my paycheck on time. One minute they stated I was good and would receive my paycheck when the driver got the truck, the next minute they told me I had to wait for the driver to get back to the yard. Mind you, I contacted them all weekend trying to let them know I can drop the truck off before Monday to avoid them having to come get the truck. Who wants to deal with all that when you're just trying to move on? Take my advice, stay away from this company.

I have been driving for this company for 6 months now. Overall I am having good experience with them. There was a lot of information during orientation but it was easy to follow. Basic common sense once they explained their procedures. My past company would always be different when it came to my miles. However, with this company I have had no issues and everything is accurate. I came to the office after being out a few weeks and I was shocked to know the owner knew my name and I haven't even met him yet so that was a good feeling to know I'm not just a driver. It is a family atmosphere here and I can honestly say it's a good company that puts drivers 1st. Now just waiting on my cousin to start next week so I can get my referral bonus.

I’ve been with this company since 2021 and don’t plan to leave. My dispatcher is great and everyone is friendly when I go to the office.

Company steals money from their drivers. Driver put in their two week notice and the 2nd to last and last paychecks were unlawfully withheld and stolen from him. Avoid this company, extremely unethical.

Would highly recommend them. Treated me with utmost respect and perfectly answered any questions I had. The professionalism of my dispatcher made my job easy on the road! Thank you Tony!
