Well, the year is 2015. Looking at the one review, I can definitely relate. The person/driver who told me about this company seemed nice enough. So, I tried calling the number I was given, thinking I was calling a company to leave a message, since it was late at night. To my surprise it was the cell phone of the manager Ruth McDowell. I apologized to her and explained that I thought I would get a company voicemail. She seemed very irritated! Gave me the number to the office. I called back this past Thursday, during the day, was told by Ms Ruth that she would check on the rate for me and call me back shortly. It is now Saturday, no call back...Customer service and attitude can cost you to prosper or fail. I give this business a FAIL, they need to find someone else to answer their phones, and hopefully, ms Ruth can stick to managing behind the scenes, because I no longer want to do business with this company because, her customer service stinks, and she evidently dies not keep her word. Glad I figured this out prior to the date I would've needed their service.....
