The men on your moving crew were well-organized, efficient, hard-working and pleasant. They arrived right on time, appropriately dressed, in a professional looking truck. They first surveyed the three floors, garage, and outside areas to determine what was to be moved. Then, systematically began the process. Matt was the wrapper and did it in a fast but very careful manner. After he finished that job he helped move some of the heaviest furniture. All three men were careful in handling everything and conscientious about protecting the walls and floors of my house. I highly recommend this crew! They reflect extremely favorably on Green Valley Auctions. Most of all I want you to know how much I appreciated working with all of you. You helped make a major change in my life possible - even pleasant!

CUSTOMER RESPONSE TO GREEN VALLEY AUCTIONS RESPONSE My comment about the failure of green valley auctions in curating items into a lot that works together remains valid. The price point of $8 is important yet irrelevant. It was chosen to allow me to sample your customer service in case there was a problem. If you won't work with a customer when small dollars are involved, it is not likely you will work with someone at a higher price point for an antique or expensive set. My advice to your customers echoes your response to my comment. I too am advising bidders not to rely on green valley staff to curate a bedframe lot that can be assembled and used. This caution definitely applies to dollar value lots in excess of $8 as well. Future customers, make sure you examine the entire lot in detail in person! ‐-------- ORIGINAL COMMENT: I purchased a "hollywood bed" from the feb 11 ayction. The picture showed a headboard, a metal frame and said footboard included. When we got home there was no footboard and the metal frame does not work with the headboard. I called green valley twice about this and have been informed from management that there is no recourse for me. It had been my opinion that green valley staff were knowledgeable enough to curate lots such as "hollywood bed footboard included" to contain appropriate pieces or disclose such in the description. Apparently this is not the case. So ... customers of green valley auctions should be wary of purchasing anything they have not personally inspected. Don't rely that the pieces in the picture work together or that they are all there.

The owners and staff of Green Valley Auctions are the most informed, kind, and helpful people within their profession! As a customer of their online auctions, when I have managed to bid successfully, the staff helps out this 85 year old to find, pick up his items, and then carry them to his car. I really can't say enough about their kindness and helpfulness. In this world where "average" is considered the norm; Green Valley manages to always excel in customer satisfaction and is tops in my book. I look forward to doing business with them in 2023!!!

We were so pleased with our Green Valley Auction moving experience last week! The four men did an outstanding job of carefully handling our furniture, thinking through the process of packing the truck, being very helpful to each other when moving heavy pieces and getting it done with care. I even called Green Valley to ask fir the same crew to finish the job this month. Excellent service and thank you to Sebastian, DJ, Scott and Cody. Hope I got the names correct- you all were terrific!

The folks at Green Valley Auctions are great. They are professionals. They do exactly what they say they will do. I was impressed by the attitudes of all the staff associated with my sale. They made a difficult time a bit easier. I engaged them to empty my home. Greg looked at the contents and told me what he thought I would realize from the sale. His company came, packed everything and moved it to their warehouse. The movers treated my contents with great care, were pleasant and efficient. The process happened like clockwork. Movers arrived as scheduled, auction was held as scheduled and I realized MORE than originally anticipated. My proceeds were remitted timely. I would recommend this group to anyone looking to dispose of a large number of items, or even a few.
