If you don't want your furnishings broken and stolen, please DON'T use this company for a cross country move. We moved from Texas to Florida. We were told that they care about their customers... LIES! Many of our boxes that said "fragile" some even saying "Do Not Put Anything On Top Of This Box" had heavier boxes stacked on top of them, resulting in our items being broken. The bottom of our brand new huge grill was totally broken off because they sat so much on top of it. Some of my husband's tools and power washer was stolen. (They had the nerves to tell us they would give us 62 cents a pound for the broken stuff. That wouldn't be enough to even cover the replacement cost!) When the delivery guy came, he claimed he couldn't get into the apartment complex, I've seen that size truck get in there several times before. He then said he had to charge me for the extra carrying distance. He had furniture brought into our house that wasn't ours, which we immediately gave back. The crew he hired to bring our things first of all were late and then was angry because they had to carry our stuff so far. They were handing stuff over a high fence and dropped some stuff. My mattress cover was torn off, causing our mattress to be very dirty. There were gashes in my dresser. On top of that, we had to give them a very large tip to keep them from leaving because they said the guy didn't pay what he promised. I actually flew back to Dallas from Florida to see if I could find some of my lost items, including my mom pictures... which was never found. I recently lost my mom and felt like she had died all over again when they were lost. All I got were excuses when I called and they ultimately stopped answering. It would take too long to type all of the horrible things we experienced with this company! If I could give NEGATIVE 10 STARS, I would! DON'T EVER USE GREEN VANLINES!!!!

Large Home Cross Country move from Texas to Florida. Everything started great, but went downhill from there. They will not move or transport any liquids, which they told me beforehand, so I was prepared for that. They left all my liquids including my alcohol on the floor or counters. I came back to pick it up and/or throw away and realized my favorite bottle of Tequila was missing ($75 bottle). As they were leaving I called the guy in charge and told him it was missing, it quickly became apparent their crew has stolen it. They couldn't deny it, and he knew it was there. Upon delivery I paid for a full service pack, unpack, box haul away and I added the full coverage insurance (which is a joke and a nightmare to deal with still 60 days in with no replies). The crew literally threw my things anywhere they could find, damaged my walls by leaving heavy shipping Crates against the walls, broke things and hid them, didn't fully unpack, didn't reassemble furniture including primary items like my bed and daughters crib. Additional items were stolen or lost, and they left before I ever got there I literally did not sign or approve anything. The new owner Beau was non responsive for a month and I still have no resolution. STAY AWAY FROM GREEN VAN LINES...

Logan, Jeff and Francisco all did an amazing job and wrapped everything extremely good! Extremely professional and very communicative and worked extremely fast. They even assembled all my furniture. Worked extremely fast and I’m a timely Manner.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MOVING COMPANY! My things arrived with rat feces, urine, and some boxes were clearly chewed by rats. One box even had a dead roach in it (they told me that they kept my things in a warehouse). My tv arrived broken, they lost my bed frame and put in a ticket for it to be searched (I never heard back from them). I kept trying to call about my things but it was extremely difficult to get a hold of them. They inflate their reviews. Please take the time to look through all the “5 star” reviews that write nothing. Yes, prices are cheap. HOWEVER, they damage your things and deliver far beyond the expected delivery date. I took a chance cause of their cheap price. Biggest regret. I ended up spending more replacing the things they damaged.

This moving company pretends to care about you and your belongings until they have your money in their wallet after pick-up and all your belongings in their possession. Communication after pick-up was non-existent. They were unable to inform us where our belongings were over the month that they had them. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times. When the truck finally arrived, the driver claimed he was unable to pull into the parking lot, despite it being accessed by 18-wheelers multiple times before. They continued to try to add charges for switching trucks, stair steps, and the distance they would have to carry belongings due to their driver’s inability to do his job. Upon delivery, we find missing half of a recliner, two flat screen TVs, our dining room table legs, a crate of weight bench weights, and half of a shoe organizer shelf. A table leg was broken off of a coffee table, a guitar damages, and every piece of wood furniture we had moved is covered in multiple scratches, gouges, cracks, and some holes. Our boxes, which were brand new, looked as if they had been run over multiple times. 50% of our dishes were broken despite being meticulously and cautiously packed and padded. Days after reporting our items missing, we were told they were in a truck halfway across the country. They failed to provide us photographic evidence that they had our belongings, and have still not given any specific time of when those will be delivered. They are well beyond their 14 day delivery period. Their customer service skills are terrible. We were interrupted by their representatives multiple times over the phone when explaining what was missing. They dispatch regularly fails to answer phones and refuses to allow us to speak to the general manager regarding our outrageous experience. I will NEVER use this company again, and if you care about your belongings I highly suggest you don’t either.
