If you are going to work with this company make sure you get your payment before you start work or even go out to the truck. It took me 1 hour to get my money and was yelled at by some guy. I was told by Jackie that the driver would pay when we fixed the truck I was given a number to call had to go thru a call center and wait for them to call me back after they figured out what was going on. Make sure you charge them $100 extra for your time on the phone waiting for payment and the attitude they give you.

Unprofessional operation completely disorganized cannot be trusted to provide accurate information. They will lie to you about having secured permits until they are on site and loaded and don't have permits. Completely unprofessional operation not in an incompetent way either in a lie straight to your face way.

Possibly the worst trucking company to work with in the US. They just happen to be on two loads at the same time for us and it's horrendous. Their dispatchers aren't responsive at all. Once they've signed the rate con you won't hear from them again. Drivers aren't much better. Both trucks broke down and never told anyone. One truck has maybe a day's worth of fixes and has been down for 7 days. Never will they be used again thru my Logistics company!

I had a driver honk at me twice because I wasn't going as fast as he wanted me to go. We were in a traffic jam so I was going a little slow but no more than one maybe two car lengths from the car in front of me. After he honked the second time I waved him around which he then changed lanes for only a few seconds before getting right back behind me and honking some more. I then got stopped at a stoplight with him directly behind me. He pulled so close to me I have no doubt he was touching my bumper. Then he continue to follow me right on my bumper until I change lanes quickly not allowing him to get behind me. I was able to get pictures of him and videos of him riding so close to me. I hope this driver gets reprimanded as I will be calling the company and other authorities. I find it appalling that somebody is so careless with such a big vehicle.
