I bought four air bags from this shop they are not returning them because they were not fitting on my truck I bought them from here after mentioning the vin number and they are not returning them now this shop is the worst shop if anyone Come here and think carefully. The employees and in-charge here do not listen well and neither do they return the item. It is a very poor shop.

Rude email from broker... after waiting for carrier package to book load with him... took 10 min or more, so i emailed if he is sending it... no carrier package for another 3 minutes, booked diffferent load with different broker, and he get mad at me, so I said sorry but I couldn't wait longer because is friday and east coast isn't great place to get decent load . Very unprofessional. Called to office, asked for menager or owner, I got him to phone, he said he is owner and he send me this email and hang up Don Pemelton 6:39 AM (1 hour ago) Please lose my number . Our company, Prodigious Freight, LLC, has worked with them for a couple of weeks and have had nothing but an AMAZING experience with them. They are fair in the pay for loads compared to other companies that we have worked with ZAC is great with keeping the lines of communication open!!! I would suggest this company to EVERYONE!!!! :)

We should have our load of fresh produce 6 am and it is 11 pm and nobody responded… the emergency line doesn’t work and the driver is telling lies about the location .. don’t transport with them the merchandise
