Recently used Grizzly Moving for our local move in San Diego. Ilya and Ivan did a great job with the move. They were careful with all our furniture were very helpful! I would recommend them to friends and family for any future moves. Thank you for your hard work! They were team players and stayed in great spirits even though we had a lot of stairs in both places.

This past February, I dealt with Grizzly moving for a long distance move. This company seems to be great for local moves (the high ratings were what drew me to the company) but the service I got from them was absolutely horrible. They pawned the work off, and after that, communication from them was out the window. I had an issue with paperwork I needed for moving reimbursement. I stressed over and over throughout the entire process that I needed this paperwork and I still NEVER got what I needed. I called and emailed over and over, I got empty promises to get back to me, and still nothing. The person handling my move, Harris, was apparently never there. No matter what time of day I called Grizzly, Harris was always out for the day and there was no one else knowledgeable enough to help me apparently. I’m lucky that there was an alternate way for me to get my reimbursement, but my life would have been 10 times easier had this company provided the documentation I needed in the first place. I will tell my friends in San Diego to never use this moving company, and neither should you.

Outstanding experience! I was "ghosted" by another moving company that did a no show, no call on my moving day. Grizzly came to the rescue and Arthur, the owner, bent over backwards to help me while I sorted out a difficult, frustrating situation. The Grizzly crew was professional, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
