We used their packing and moving services for our family's local move. I was SO impressed. Zac came by to do a thorough inventory and provide a detailed estimate. Heidi and John expertly packed some very fragile and precious items that arrived completely pristine. Our moving crew of 4 movers was professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed spending the days with both the packers and movers. Everyone was so friendly, so professional, and so efficient. I am in awe. I hope we don't have to move anytime soon but if we do I will 100% be rehiring this company as well as recommending them to anyone who asks.

Before the move, I spoke with Zac and he walked me through just how much everything would likely cost. He requested pics of items I wanted moved and advised me of the costs ahead of time so that there would be few surprises. My movers, Jim and Paul, were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly but not overly so. They got the job done in the exact amount of time as the estimate made weeks in advance. I had over 40 boxes, some 15 HUGE garment bags, two tables, two office chairs, two TVs, and moved to another city 45 mins away in 2 hours and 15 mins. We didn’t go one minute over the estimate! I never thought two people could move me - I’d accumulated almost 20 yrs of stuff and they carried them all with care and swiftly. We communicated quite well before and during the move and I was moved so well that it surprised me. I love Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage - they made a believer out of me. If I move again they’ll be the first people I call!!! Thx Jim and Paul!!! Thx Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage!!!

I use Grosse Pointe Moving and Storage frequently for delivering cabinetry to clients. They are absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend them more! Since I use them frequently, I have worked with probably most or all of their delivery team and every single one is fantastic. The office and leadership staff are also amazing and so easy to work with!
