GTFO moved us in May 2023. I couldn’t have received better care. C.J., Tristan and Chance worked HARD, we’re so courteous and respectful of us and our belongings. I called only ten days before our move. They returned my call promptly and sent someone to our home to give an estimate. I was given an amount that they would guarantee the move would not go past, but might be less. I liked that. All the way around, they made our move from a 2 story home to a one story home a good experience. I highly recommend GTFO.

We have used GTFO on two occasions, overall the moves went well and we have recommended them to others who had good experiences. However, their ability to respond to damages to our new home after our most recent move (1/2023) has left a lot to be desired. Nearly eight months after the move and more than $1600 in damages to our house by the movers we have yet to receive a reimbursement from the company and they are no longer responsive to phone messages.

I had a great experience with GTFO movers. They had two separate teams (packers and movers) and both were extremely friendly, fast, thorough, and careful with my belongings. The moving team had a six member team which exceeded my expectations and had my entire house packed up, taken to the new location, and unloaded and set back up all within a few hours. They also offered a military discount, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, they were were amazing with dealing with elements such as the heat and humidity, and also the fact that I moved into a location on the second floor. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a professional moving company.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring GTFO Moving Company to assist with my relocation, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company have left me feeling frustrated and deeply dissatisfied with their services. First and foremost, GTFo Moving Company failed to move all of my furniture to my new residence. Several important items, including boxes, my chest, were left behind without any explanation or communication. This careless oversight has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss as I now have to spend additional time and money replacing these essential pieces. Furthermore, the assembly of my bed was handled in an incredibly sloppy manner. The movers lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail required for such a task. As a result, the bed frame was improperly assembled, causing it to be unstable and unsafe to use. It is absolutely unacceptable that a professional moving company would deliver such shoddy workmanship and leave a customer with a potentially hazardous sleeping arrangement. To compound the matter, when I attempted to contact GTFO Moving Company to address these issues, they consistently failed to return my calls or respond to my text. This lack of communication demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. I was left feeling ignored, frustrated, and without any recourse to resolve the problems they had caused. Overall, I strongly advise against hiring GTFO Moving Company for your relocation needs. Their incompetence, negligent behavior, and poor customer service have left me with a deeply unpleasant moving experience. I highly recommend exploring other options to ensure a stress-free and reliable moving process. It is my hope that my review will serve as a warning to others and prompt GTFO Moving Company to improve their services and customer support.
