Do NOT recommend!! Beware! At first meeting they seemed competent. Moved my things into storage to another state while I waited on a house. When I got everything out of storage many items were damaged and ruined. I sent them photos and their reply was, "once the storage door is closed its no longer our responsibility". The guy, yes ONE man, loading the storage scratched and shoved everything in. I can provide photos if anyone would like proof.. Surely they have insurance for this kind of thing? I have a ruined bedframe, dresser, and antique cupboard. They also lost crucial parts to an 8 piece dining table set which is now worthless. Their website says they have integrity but I beg to differ.

Stellar service. From my first call to pick up and delivery across the country, with an added stop, everything was easy and professional. There was no drama or changing of prices. Remington came on time, treated my possessions carefully, and unloaded at the assigned time and date. I would recommend Noel at Guardian Moves and his staff in a heart beat.

I booked them to transfer my 1 BR apartments furniture. When I confirmed them I made sure what they have to transfer and what will be the fixed moving amount that I have to pay once finished. They said it would be $ 495. I double and triple checked as I don’t want to go with the hourly rate transfer. They agreed on that. However during the time of the movement they showed up 1 hour late and then transferred everything within 2 and half hour (including the commute to my new house ). Upon completion they asked me to pay $ 685 ( 165/hour, total moving time 4 hours which includes time for their next destination +taxes). I tried to call their office no one picked up ( it was Saturday 3.00 pm). I wouldn’t recommend them.

Guardian movers were wonderful, and delightful. I have moved dozens of times, and these gentlemen were positive, enthusiastic and got the job done safely, professionally and on time. Faster than I could have imagined. Their good humor and thoughtfulness made fast work of a difficult and HOT move. I cannot recommend this team strongly enough. They took care of my items and placed things where I asked.

We had the most incredible experience with Guardian Moves & Storage. By far the best move ever, and we've moved over 13 times in 33 years. From the in-person quote with Noel, the friendly and quick response to my questions and overall care, we felt we were in very good hands, and we were! They showed up on time with awesome attitudes! Remington and Damien worked so hard and fast, but most importantly, very carefully. Not one item broken or damaged. They played Cowboy Country music at a nice level and seemed to enjoy their work. I'd hire them again, and most likely will sooner than expected. Thanks guys, you were the VERY BEST! Again, the best attitudes from any movers we've ever had!
