Don’t walk, run away from this place! Very unorganized place and unprofessional, definitely not Pulling for America with Professional Pride! Half the fleet is 20 yr old FLD’s and worn out. None of the trucks have fuel gauges and you have to use a yard stick to check the fuel in them. According to dispatch, the owner cares more about his antique trucks than his company road trucks and is destroying what first generation built. Most of the trailers are junk and pull handle. Dispatch will lie to you from day one, worst dispatchers I’ve ever had. Low mileage pay and only pays $15/hr for detention after two hours. You are also required to do city work in certain areas and only get $15/hr for that. Mechanics get angry with you when you try to get something fixed on trucks. Recruiter is knowledgeable, safety guys are cool, but this place is a joke. Still have to fill out load sheets every week even though your loads are tracked in tablet dispatch system. All kinds of junky trucks and trailers sitting around the corporate office and looks like a junk yard. Terminals are run down and nasty and you have to shower there as they don’t allow you to fuel on the road. Fuel cards have no money on them and have to call in if you do have to use one. In my 20 yrs of driving, probably the worst company yet. This place needs some change and upgrades!

I think it’s a great experience,working for these people.Most are down to earth and easy to talk to.They don’t seem to have a problem with ethnicity.They make you feel in the majority of cases,as family.So this is a company that I would recommend you check out.This is my personal opinion.

Don’t know them, never dealt with them. But Michale Gully has a Facebook page that has some really nasty abusive members that he does nothing about. If that attitude is how he and his company treat customers them I seriously hope I never have to go cap in hand to ask him to work on my truck.
