I’m delighted the Luma Hotel staff recommended Gus’s for a quick bite. I ordered a sandwich that was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The place was a fresh fruit paradise. So many options. I was disappointed with only being in town for one night and not being able to transport fruits back with me to Los Angeles. Sandwich: Dutch Crunch bread, Boar’s Head peppercorn turkey meat, romaine lettuce, stone-ground mustard, red onions, pickles, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and pesto (on the side). The selection of cheeses were in abundance. I’d definitely recommend trying this place at least once. It was swift and fresh.

Love the deli here. They have the best & most fairly priced sandwiches & poke in the city! Portions are double than what you’d get in FiDi for 70% of the price. 15$ for a three scoop poke thats so large that it can be split by two people. We’ve also tried every sandwich and the Gus special always hits the spot.

This is a nice local market that has a lot of produce options, a small Deli that makes good sandwiches and friendly service all around. Prices are on the high end and that keeps me from shopping here very often.
