If i could give them a 0 I would. Save yourself thousands! I have only been with them for 2 years! And we were one of MANY that were audited. Walked in with audit letter with 5 other unknown people with same issue, we asked for help, took the letter from us all and told us he would take care of it. NEVER DID!

They never pick up the phone, you go see them in person and when their office should be open its not they have a sign that they are close for the day and besides that I had never gotten audit all of a sudden I get audit for over $11,000! For every year I went to them (3 years)

Mr. Gustavo Ramirez is the rudest person to go for taxes and question in all of Santa Paula. He is not client friendly. The star this NOT for him but the other people that work there. I will not recommend this place at all.

Multiple people have gotten audited including myself. Not an honorable place. They’ve changed the name of their business to something else. Maybe they’ve also been in trouble with IRS.
