I have never been a fan of trusting others to ship my personal stuff, especially something as important as my vehicle, but this was the exception. Excellent customer service, great communication, and good pricing. The driver was extremely polite, helpful, and understanding. They delivered the vehicle a day earlier than it was expected. Overall it was amazing service. Would 100% use these guys again

It was an overall decent experience. There was some delay in having my vehicle picked up as I had purchased my truck just before the winter vortex had placed several states into a deep freeze with hazardous road conditions. However, once my vehicle was picked up in West Virginia, it was dropped off to my door in Arizona within a week. I was pleased with the level of communication I had with dispatch. The driver assigned to deliver my vehicle, Ilkhom, appeared to be very well experienced to maneuver his truck in a relatively enclosed neighborhood. When transporting a vehicle in an open trailer, one must be realistic in the condition that their vehicle will arrive in. My truck had no visible signs of damage caused by transport, however, it was a bit dirty by the inclement weather and several states that the vehicle traveled through. However, a quick ride to the car wash fix that right up. Overall it was a decent experience.

This is the second time I’m using this company! They’ve always been super quick, very polite and have accommodated for time and have arrived earlier than expected. Do yourself a favor and hire them :)

I will say the first time we shipped our cars with GVG Logistics we had a great experience so we made sure to use them again the next time we moved cross country. The second, recent time we used GVG was a terrible experience. Firstly, when the driver came to pick up our cars he said they were packed with too much (he just looked, didn’t open any boxes or weigh anything - it was mostly light bedding, linens and clothing) and that we had to Zelle him to his personal account $200 or he wouldn’t take the cars. It felt much more like a bribe than a real fee. We had sent the exact same items the first time we used this company and there was no issue at all so we certainly didn’t expect there to be this time. The second issue was regarding drop off. The driver had told us the cars would be delivered on Tuesday evening. Late afternoon Monday, the dispatch center told us that the cars would actually be delivered Tuesday morning between 9am and 12pm. They said the driver had to be somewhere else at 12pm so there was no way he could get there later like we were originally expecting. My dad was the drop-off contact for us and had a 6 hour drive to meet the cars for delivery so switching the time that drastically from evening to early morning was very very inconvenient for him. Then to make it worse the driver ended up arriving at 3pm Tuesday (so didn’t seem like what they told us about the driver needing to be somewhere at 12pm and not being able to come later was ever true). My dad would never had to drive all night to be there for 9am if they had just told us the accurate time from the start and as it turned out he was then waiting for hours for the cars to arrive. To make everything worse, I’ve tried calling GVG to discuss the $200 charge because it didn’t feel right. The first person I spoke to said she would speak to a manager and that I could call back the next day. When I called back the next day I was told she wasn’t in. Each time since I’ve tried to call I’ve either gotten a voicemail or someone saying she wasn’t there, they’d take a message and she or a manager would call me back but no one has. I’ve called 25 times in total and at this point I know it’s no use but it’s very frustrating that it seems like they’re purposely not picking up my calls. I want to add that I work in customer service and fully understand the difficulties in dealing with upset customers and am always sensitive to this whenever I’m the customer in the situation. I was very polite when calling I just wanted to understand if that fee was a company policy or if the driver had tried to take advantage of us at the pick up, and if the “fee” was not supposed to be charged I had hoped to be reimbursed.
