This guy..... by reading the reviews here, I see that this is NOT a professional business. This morning he parked in the designated handicap parking space, clearly marked with paint and a sign, so he could get his morning coffee. NO handicap placard displayed and even if he had a patient, he could have parked 10 feet away in a normal spot as no one else got out of the vehicle. Is this how someone in the medical field shows respect the handicapped or even, maybe their own customers?? Looks like someone who thinks they are entitled because of the vehicle they drive and could care less about their image, the business they are at and people who genuinely NEED this parking space. This is not the first time I have seen this same vehicle defying traffic laws and challenging parking regulations.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! This company only pays 16 per hour and they give no benefits plus you only work 30 hours a week. So I applied for this company couple months ago they asked me for a photo id so I did after they told me they will call me back the same day fast forward 3 weeks later they got in contact with me again asking me for my drivers license again and a social so I sent them a copy before I was finished talking to them on the phone they told me they will send me the address threw text to do a drug test I never heard from them again fast forward another month later they called me while I was working telling me if I’m still interested in the position and to go take a drug test I said yes then I asked them about the benefits and the pay again because it’s been awhile I spoke to them they completely lied to me about when I spoke to them on the phone for the first time she told me the pay was higher they offered benefits and it’s full time. After they lied to me I was like F it I’ll keep it as a second part time job so I told them they could work with my schedule for my other job since it’s only part time they acted surprised I had another job after I told them twice already I have a job so they said they wanted me available full time even tho it’s only part time for their own convenience after said they will discuss about if they are willing to work with my schedule and never heard from them again it was a waist of my time. This is a pocket money job if you want to make nickels and dimes this job is for you but if you got bills to pay look for a good job.

Worst service from this driver ? Is it the driver or the company? More than one time my mom was to be taken from senic rehab to dental and eye care visits but this driver was not on time and had excuses - filling gas, breakdowns, busy driving from other part of town. No curtesy , no polite, and on phone while driving! Not recommending for any other trips. But these companies maybe contracted with commissions paid to workers ???

I have started out with this company and it was great I was always on time for dialysis but… since January 5 2024 I was admitted into the hospital unable to call out one time and my pick up has been changed to an half hour later and for the past six weeks I’ve been late for treatment, missing 15 minutes of my dialysis for 6 weeks now, my wife has called to complain and so has my dialysis nurse and still no one has resolved my issue?!!!!

The owner of this company must not listen to the complaints of the customers at all . When your driving dialysis patients to their appointments it's important to get there as close to on time as possible , I understand Modesto traffic and the abundance of terrible drivers in Modesto make it hard but telling a client to be out at the curb at 10 am and then not show up till 10:35 or saying they will arrive at 10:20 am and arriving at 9:45 am with the driver beeping the horn non stop all the way up the block and continuing while he sits in front of the house even after the client has asked him repeatedly to not do that , the driver refused to try to respect the clients wishes and the drives like a maniac . Once the client arrives at dialysis she is so rattled her blood pressure is high and if she is late they dock her time on dialysis but the driver doesn't care because she has told him many times and he still does it . Her insurance company is giving her hard time about changing companies but are asking her to try talking to the manager and arranging a different driver . It is mainly one driver who is really bad but the scheduling is terrible also .
