They are scammers. My girlfriend and i called ahead of time to see of they had any cars with a particular amount down payment. They said yes, when we got there they showed us the cars they had available in our price range, we test drove the car we selected and when we we’re done we had the decision to lease the car. We started the paperwork, finish the paperwork got approved got Insurance for the car and then they told us we weren’t going to be able to leave with the car because we needed more references in Houston and they would have to check with there boss and we can come back Monday mind you is was Saturday. So we waited the two days just for them to tell us the deposit went up $2,000 and if we wanted the car we already got approved for and insurance for we would have to pay or we would not get the car. After i called the Insurance company to cancel the insurance already purchased for the vehicle we wouldn’t be getting the insurance company told me i would need a letter saying i did not get the car in order to not get charged. Ive been calling and everytime i call they say we’ll call you right back and never do I’ve been calling everyday for almost a week now i just want my letter so I don’t get charged for insurance they made us purchase. If I could give them zero stars I would terrible customer service terrible service in general and very dishonest people.

I purchased my car from H-town Motors over a year ago, and am pleased with the amazing deals, excellent customer service, and my overall experience at this car dealership. I recommend this place to everyone. The employee's are all very professional, bilingual, and more importantly- friendly. There are a variety of cars with bargain prices and low mileage.
