I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but the situation that occurred with the owner of this company was so appalling and crooked that I have no choice. A tow truck driver came over into my lane on i75 S. I tried my best to avoid, but the truck ended up scraping and denting my car. The driver did apologize and tried to push the dent back out but the damages were apparent. This was my very first car incident so I wasn’t sure what to do. I knew information had to be exchanged, so when I asked him to provide his, he put in his name and phone number into my phone. I told him I was also taking a picture of his license plate and he then asked to fix his phone number in my phone… he proceeds to enter in a completely new name (Hilarion) and number. It’s obvious he was originally going to try and avoid giving out real info. I feel the owner of a tow truck company should know what to do in these instances and not take advantage of a young girl who openly told him I had no idea what to do (lesson learned). I tried calling later that evening to get his insurance information after being advised on what I should have gotten from him during the incident. He claimed he didn’t have it on him and he would call back later, which he never did. He also then claimed that his truck was damaged too, and that it was my fault. I feel SO taken advantaged of and my interaction with Hilarion reminds me that people exist out there who are un honest and deceitful.

Today my van broke down in the middle of 301 in the middle of the day. H&Y towing came to the rescue very quickly and were very reassuring. They towed, they fixed and they kept me updated patiently through the whole process. The price was reasonable and very fair. The customer service is above and beyond. We are very thankful and will be using their service and recommending them to everyone we know to save their information in case of an emergency like we had today.

If you need this type of service you should only call this company . This guy is honest and a real pro! He even had to squeeze through a construction site to get me towed safely:) No problem! Smooth skills man! I also appreciate the time quote- 20 min- I was delighted he was there just before he promised. Tested the battery, looked out for safety of my family’s car, and carefully towed it to the house.
