it would be nice if they stop hugging the fast lane for long periods of time consistently while the slow lane is clear specially when cars are actually trying to pass

Manager phil bond absolutely saved me. A bus i d booked the prior sept became unavailable so i had to go pan handling around last minute for a replacement. It was my 5th call in a line of attempts.

We booked a bus through Hale for our wedding and it was absolutely a great decision. Susan was so easy to work with and made the logistic planning for our wedding so much easier. The bus was a great value and helped us and our guests have a safe night! Would absolutely recommend Hale Transportation for any event!

Great for a wedding shuttle! Our initial contract for our shuttle was through Clarence Henry Coach, then ownership changed over to Hale Transportation. We received everything we were expecting and more. Our driver Rich was wonderful, accommodating and flexible for our large group. All for a great price as well as they traveled to Syracuse for our wedding. The best deal in the area by far for the quality of service!

We used Hale Transportation for our wedding this Fall after we received a glowing recommendation from a friend. Safe travel to and from our wedding was very important to us so we were grateful to hear so many wonderful experiences and recommendations and they did not disappoint! Our driver was knowledgeable, helpful, and ensured that all of our guests had safe transportation to and from our wedding. They worked with us when our timeline shifted and still managed to get everyone to the venue before the ceremony began despite the change in our timeline. We were very impressed with their knowledge of the best routes to take in the area and they were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure all dresses and flowers were stowed with care and made it to the venue intact. We were so pleased by their professionalism and the amount of care they showed through the entire day. We are so glad we went with Hale for our transportation needs.
