That is the rudest bus driver I ever met. Im 14 i catching the 115 when the driver told me that I need to be with an adult she doesn't know I have a student freedom pass to get on the bus she still didn't let me get on and drove off had to catch the 109. Horrible.

The schedules are merely suggestions/estimates. Buses don't follow their OWN schedules. I spent $20 on a week bus pass and I want my money back!!! The 101 I was supposed to catch at 4:45. Just drove by at 5:15. By that time I had already ordered a Lyft.

If the picture attached says anything, then I don't know what will. (Yes, thats duck-tape) Truly one of the worst public transit systems on the east coast, to be clear. Buses break down frequently, causing you to be late to your job. Drivers have the WORST attitudes in the history of bus drivers. Seriously, really bad attitudes. Honestly, some drivers are down right reckless when they drive. Passengers (elderly) have almost fallen because of them pulling out. Turning corners, slamming on brakes, hitting potholes - ride at your own risk. Just a bad experience every time.

I would like to use public transportation instead of driving but they're too unreliable. Three times the bus sped past without picking me up, though I was holding on to the sign and waving one arm to flag them down. One driver refused to stop at the designated stop to let me off because he didn't think it should be a stop. A handful of HRT drivers are great, so I had to give a few stars.
