My movers were on time for my move, I’ll give them that. They were slow as heck though. My move should have taken 3 hours at most. It took 5 hours and would have gone longer if I didn’t tell them to pick up the pace. Then, when cashing out they voluntarily added another $100 on for my stairs and shrink wrap. I only saw one small desk shrink wrapped btw. Nothing was wrapped, not my mattress, couch, or kitchen table. Not worth the money, sorry. Would not use them again or recommend them.

Hired this company to move my family. Showed up 25 minutes late smoking in a raggedy truck. (The owner said its' not raggedy but why were they smoking in it then?) Never any attempt at PPE or any COVID safety. Continued to smoke in the truck with our stuff loaded. Worked at an extremely slow pace then at 4:45 told us they probably couldn't finish. Said one of the crew members wasn't feeling well, and I asked why he was working during the pandemic. At which point one of the crew members snapped back "He's gotta earn a living." Had to beg to get the rest of of my items delivered that day. Then they hit us with the bill... We paid over $1000 for this fiasco. The owner said she didn't believe any of my accusations about the smoking but if you scroll through these reviews you'll see other similar complaints. PLEASE CALL A REAL MOVING COMPANY, this is not one.

I hired these guys to move large items from a trailer to my new apartment on the third floor. They were an hour and a half late, and instead of taking the larger items, as I requested several times, they took their time moving small items. I was charged $325 for an hour and a half worth of moving small boxes (with the exception of a couch). On top of that, they said some items were to heavy for the 2 guys they had and they needed to call in for some help. The “help” was supposed to be 20 minutes away, but after waiting 45 minutes I decided that my friend and I could move it ourselves. The 2 of us moved the 2 “extremely heavy” pieces in about 5 minutes. Completely unprofessional and lazy at a how I would deceive this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

The are absolutely horrible. If you don't want your stuff damage hire someone else. The employees were an hour late, took more smoke breaks than they worked. One employee offered my 15 year old marijuana. They damaged my furniture and broke some items. They lost a piece to my bed. I moved 5 miles down the street. I will never recommend them. Also they go by Dan's Delivery and Moving.

Completely unprofessional. They where 2.5 hours late. The office didn’t know where the movers were. Extensive damage to my belongings. The head guy couldn’t even manage to talk to me in complete sentences. Just mumbled. The receptionist was a joke. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT AN EASY MOVE. It was from a storage unit to a studio 15 minutes away from each other. Definitely not worth the $245.
