Hardy's Transportation of Stockton CA is a wonderful non-emt service that was the only company out of 10 other transportation services I called that would come serve the Area I lived in Lathrop CA. Marci the navigation coordinator is woundful and able to schedule my daily clinic appointments in Manteca, as stated the other services only cared about money more patients closer together the more they can get, well not at Hardy's, having to drive kinda out of the way to transport me. I stated also there are other patients in the area that I was more then happy to carpool with any and all which they did and it was great meaning it was worth the time a 15-20 min drive from Stockton to Lathrop CA. It was fact that it was a yes to just transport me daily at a time that worked for me on top of driving kinda out of the area to the next little Podunk City Lathrop, where we still have tumble weeds, and not just a few but way. More then usual and the city picks them up by a truck load weekly. Back to GREAT company that Hardy's is. Derrick is the owner. Derrick is a great man he has even picked me up a few times very caring and respectful. The Vans are extremely clean and in working order! To where I was in a wheelchair for few months had to use the lifts and every driver took time to wheel me in get me strapped in for safty and made sure I was comfortable! Then over the months I was in ta walker an a Kane. I had Two amazing drivers, Andrew and Ray that where always very helpful and accommodating to my needs and for my service Dog for a few months. Then their is Imelda who was Driver for 5 month she is an amazing person who cares about her patients that she transports as other drivers did, but over the 5 month we became good friends and was someone who really cared. When she could she arrived early and I greatly appreciated that but company never late and last review of 1 star is BS. She was so helpful making sure me and my service Dog where comfortable and happy. I felt as if she was a second mother to me who cared more then my own mother! To where both Derrick and her called to check in on me when the days I was ill and in the Emergency room going through issue from my Providers, for them to both reach out to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything they where here for me. To that this is More then a 5 Star company they need to add another Star 6 this is truly an amazing company that was on time daily and friendly drivers who made my daily clinic appointments a pleasure. Once again Marci in the office is an amazing patient navigator making sure all my appointment are accommodated and will call or text me with confirmation of my appointments which is awesome that I am not left wondering if my transportation is coming and that I don't have to hold hands and call back to see what is going on! Derrick you have a wonderful team of drivers and thank you for properly handling the others that where hindering your wonderful team. Imelda definitely deserves a pay increase, she is a great drive who cares about her patients and is always on time if not earlier which is greatly appreciated since my clinic is walk-in daily for my dose between hours of 6:30am to 1:00pm my pickup time was 10:00am daily with my carpool person who was great. We both went to the same clinic and it was extra 10 minutes to pickup and drop her off which was never a issue cause how important this medication was. For then to be able to help another person who dealing with what I was going through, I was happy that they could service her also with me. That was outstanding that they made that happen. Derrick I tell everyone about your great service. as you transported my neighbors I referred to you and few other clinic patients that reach out to you and said they are on your waiting list, I know that once you driver issue was fix that they would be hearing back from you. Once again Hardy's Transportation of Stockton CA is outstanding service and I recommend skipping calling any other services and just call Hardy's Transportation you will be glad you did!

The Drivers are friendly and extra helpful treating each client with extra special care. The company is family owned and operated for 7+ years and established themselves into an Awesome team of distinguished and unique drivers. I can't stand this transportion service. My husband and I have tried to give them a chance over and over and we continued to get very bad service all the time. When we first signed up it took them three weeks to pick us up at the time requested, they kept putting us in slots they felt like putting us in. That's not how you do business everyone knows that. If a client says 5am don't be putting us at 10am no one will wait that long and that's what kept happening. Time went on there were times where we weren't even picked up at all when we called and reminded the office. This company is not reliable at all. There is one driver out of that whole company that's real people his name is Richard we love Richard so we will miss him. But yesterday on 8/25/20 we talked with the owner himself Hardy whom is the most disrespectful man I ever met, now we get it. We told him they showed up again at 9am when we first told them 5am then they moved us to 6am on their own now, we are early birds we do our business early his relpy to that was, "does he work". What? Now that's none of his freaking business first of all. Then he says I fit him in where I can because he doesn't have a job to hurry to. Then I said its time we find another transportation service this is unacceptable. I hang up. Hardy takes it upon himself to text us and say " we will not be picking you up anymore have a good day". Now I never raised my voice to him never said a bad word yet this is how he treats GOOD Christian people GODCHILDREN. I don't advise anyone use this transport it will just continue to be a bad experience. NO TO HARDY! I wouldn't even give one star but we have to choice one or I would put none that one goes to Richard.

I just love all the drivers ans its been so helpful and very respectful...just Love them all!!!
