Attended my service call within time promised. Driver accepted a drop off for my extra passenger( it was obviously within the route). Tow was approximately 50 miles and car made it safe to the shop I requested. Driver Abdu was professional and called to make sure he was at the right location.

After finishing work at 1:30 am, I started driving home, which is about a 2 hours away. On the way, I noticed my car had smoke coming from my engine. I began to panic, unsure of what to do. It was too late to wake anyone at home to come get me, and it was too dark and not the safest area to figure out the problem I called AAA Roadside Service (AAA | American Automobile Association). Just a few minutes later, I received a text saying my roadside request had been assigned to a technician from RB TOWING, LLC. Eric was the technician assigned to help me. I was so impressed with their service. The Auto Club and the technicians kept in constant contact with me, providing updates on the estimated time of arrival, which was surprisingly quick. The driver, Chris, arrived and was very friendly and informative. He made me feel safe and reassured me that I would be back on the road soon, which I was. It's comforting to know that there's a service out there ready to help people in need. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who finds themselves stranded as I was. Thank you! HAUDI

Dishonest and unprofessional service to say the least. They work with AAA. Fernando (driver) came by and he didn’t even bother to get off the towing truck even though he had been instructed to do so. I called their shop and spoke with Carlos and instead of helping, he just claimed that Fernando had waited for a long time, which was a complete lie. If you call AAA for towing services, ask them to not send this company.
