I would give less than 1 star if I could. What a terrible, rude and inconsiderate moving company! Blocked my access to my driveway for over 10 hrs loading up a neighbors household today. Driver was rude when asked to move despite plenty of space for the truck to park and not block any neighbors. Boiled down to them being too lazy to walk the extra few steps that it would have taken by moving the truck. Do not hire this company and if you’re assigned them for a military move insist on someone else. They also moved multiple neighbors trash cans up off the street where the trash truck would never be able to reach so they could park their cars close! Again just lazy!!They should all be fired!

We read a lot of reviews before deciding which mover to go with. I understand the low ratings for this company now. We had several antique pieces of furniture that where damaged in our move.They forgot our gas grill when loading and offered no resolution when I notified them. Very few phone calls from them to update us on the status of our delivery, I had to call them. Although, they were very prompt and persistent about calling for payment. The estimated weight was quite a bit low, we sold several items before they came to load, pulled our own trailer load of heavy items and the weight was still at the high end of their estimate. I wish we had been less optimistic and trusted the 1 star reviews.

We used this company through the military for our move to Houston. When our items got here, most of our furniture was damaged, one of our bookshelves isn’t even useable anymore, and we were missing multiple things. The movers in Virginia didn’t even attempt to unscrew the parts on our bookshelf and just yanked the pieces off to the point where we can’t even build it back together. Our daughters bookshelf doesn’t stand up straight and has a torn back. Our dining room table and crib are both covered in scratches and dents, and we have a small table that has a broken top. We have a cow skull that has a detached horn now too. Not only that but we are missing trash bins, lights and other things. This is the worst company that we’ve ever used for moving before and we’ve used many, including Japanese moving companies. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Edit: It’s funny that I’m being told to email you guys, when I’ve already sent a message on your wet siete and nobody hasn’t replied. I guess this company cares more about looking good to the public than actually helping customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Movers broke a piece of furniture and blamed me for it. Movers who dropped off my boxes refused to unpack even though it’s in their contract. Now they’re refusing to pick up boxes. Run from this company and do not use.

Unreliable. The crew was courteous on the household goods delivery, but the scheduling was a failure when it came to picking up debris. How would you like to be told to wait at home in uncertain weather between 8am and 5pm for a pickup, and they never come? I waited more than a week for this. Not even the courtesy of a phone call saying that something went wrong. If you can’t trust a MOVING company to do something as simple as pick up debris on the date they said they would, why would you entrust them to move or store your valuable items? Find another company if you can.
