Consistently late, so I guess you can rely on that. About 3 times in the past month, the bus just hasn't even shown up, and it only comes once every hour. Waiting in the Florida summer heat for an hour is not ideal, and when they do show up, it's late by 10-15 minutes or more. I'm giving 2 stars because when they're payment methods for card don't work (which also tends to happen), they'll be nice about it. Other than that, it's terrible. No one's fault but those in power doing anything to draw funding away from public transit, though.

Our driver, Employee # 2316, was wonderful! I just moved here last week and got lost. I was worried I would not make it to my job interview on time and he helped me get there by showing me an alternate route that Google Maps didn’t show. He was driving bus 1611. Thanks to him I got there and got the offer! Thank you!

First time this far south in floriduh in, lets see, 30 years and Im spending memorial day weekend at the truck stop because there's no affordable way to get from any of the truck stops into any nearby city for a little tourism. I risk my life navigating your horrendous drivers to bring you goods and the only return is that I get pulled into every scale in the whole state and then am made to sit in the middle of nowhere for the trouble. Thanks. I trust a bus driver over a florida uber any day. Cant wait to go back to the dumpster fire west coast, bums and all.

There is a shining light in this Public Transit jam. Driver of the #48, Daryl. Military Vet, looking out for the poor folk that are so poor, we have lots of money. Daryl is a top notch driver of the #48 5 days a week. This human is no joke. We have family as pedestrians on the heartline. Here in Tampa, we let each other know we have each others back...even when no one is looking. Daryl is a great asset to your team, and I have been grateful on many occasion to know my life is "safe," with this accomplished, kind and caring driver. Thank you Hartline for assisting Daryl assist us. He is compassionate and down to Earth. Fair and a "Peaceful Warrior.". 4 times last night the 45 didn’t stop for my outside of the WestShore plaza after I was degraded and told I couldn’t have any form of water or drink on the bus. This is insane … I got off an wasn’t PASSED BY 4 times. How about all of you GET FIRED. Now.
