I recommend u look elsewhere for moving services I was not at all satisfied with this company. They were late arriving because the team forgot to get moving equipment for the move. I was told they would have base access but needed sponsoring and one of their movers did not have their id. So it took a very long time to get started. This was after I had to call and request a contract a week of the move. I was nervous that we had been forgotten. The team did move fast and wrapped the majority of my furniture. However. Due to mishandling of some furniture there was breakage to a solid butcher block that we use as a desk top. Honestly I’m still unsure how this gets broken. But they tried to blame us saying the desk was cracked. It was not - it’s solid hardwood. I have been unable to resolve with the owner. He states that they pay .60 cents per pound and is “researching” a similar item. I have since sent the exact butcher block to his e-mail and still no answer. Durning moving day the team kept mentioning that they didn’t want to move in the dark due to liability issues. We needed them to move some furniture to the garage while they were loading the truck. They told us they weren’t sure if they would be able to come back to put things in the garage but failed to do so while they were in the home. About ten percent of items were left in my old home that we were left to move ourselves. They were so worried about working in the dark but didn’t start till near 11- took frequent breaks where they all stopped and then took an hour or so break to get a burger moving from one house to the other. This is a local move. I had to call the owner to find out where they were. I am very disappointed with the quality of our move and lack of resolution of our expensive broken item. I paid near 2k for them to leave me without everything moved and ignore repayment of our broken furniture. Highly recommend u look elsewhere for moving

I had made a appointment with Black and White Moving Company 2 weeks ago. The day before my move we had talked with them several times to finalize plans, said they would get started at 9am the day of the move.... well they didn't show nor did they call, we called several times left messages... never returned a call. My husband did a Google search for movers, he found Harveys moving, called left a message they immediately called back told them about the issue. They said they would be on the way. They were at my house in 30 minutes. Got right to work. Had us moved in 3 hours!!!! A whole house!!!! I am so grateful to Mr Bobby. He was so sympathetic, he said not to worry he would take care of us and he did!!! If u want a reliable company this is the right choice!! If I ever need anything moved or know someone who does they will be the company I would call!! Thank you Mr Bobby!!!
